To enter, you must fill out the form at midicimdr.com, which is accessible by clicking on the associated link on the home page. The information required is a contact name, business name, email, and the number of people. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Sept. 23, 2019. Limit one entry per person per business. No purchase necessary. Offer is good for a catered lunch for up to 20 people from MidiCi Marina Del Rey and has no cash value.
One winner will be selected at random. Winner will be notified by email (at the email address they provided) no later than Sept. 30, 2019. Winner must contact MidiCi Marina Del Rey within thirty (30) days of notification to claim prize and provide date and location where they would like to receive their catered lunch. Prize may be redeemed on the date of the winner’s choice in October or November of 2019. Prize will be delivered at the date and time of the winner’s choice within 5 miles of MidiCi Marina Del Rey; prize cannot be delivered more than 5 miles from MidiCi Marina Del Rey and must be picked up by winner if beyond that radius.
The prize is a free catered lunch for up to 20 people. Prize includes 1 Pizza, 1 Salad, 1 Meatball, and 1 Order of Garlic Bread per 2 people in the Number of People provided by the winner, up to a maximum of 10 Pizzas, 10 Salads, 10 Meatballs, and 10 Orders of Garlic Bread.
